Building a Culture of Care

This two-part training will help educators and youth developments specialists in afterschool and summer learning programs set the foundation for understanding emotional intelligence and trauma-informed care. Led by culture architect Crystal Morris, participants will learn strategies for self-regulation in an effort to grow your own awareness so you can more effectively identify trauma-responses and better co-regulate with the children and youth you serve.
