Refund Policy
Florida Afterschool Alliance Inc. will issue refunds for memberships/event registrations if the request is received within 5 business days of payment in writing or by email.
Florida Afterschool Alliance Inc. may issue credits for memberships or event registrations to organizations within 60 days of payment be used for future/organizational substitute memberships/event registrations.
Memberships and event registrations will be cancelled if payment/payment arrangement (Purchase Order) is not received within 60 days of registration.
Florida Afterschool Alliance Inc. will NOT issue refunds for any product/ticket-based activity (e.g.- meals, seats, drawings, etc.).
